| Directly supervises the Principals of the P-5 and 6-12 Arts Magnet school and program. ; may delegate some supervisory responsibilities to Administrative Team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; promoting and transferring employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, disciplining and terminating employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. |
