Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Daily5%Determine and perform appropriate protocol for all of the tests administered and ensure the security, reliability, and validity of those tests.
Daily10%Supervise, coordinate, and manage schedules for testing. State and Federal data reports must be generated and maintained regarding testing information (results, numbers, and kinds of tests given, etc.) on a regular basis and as requested for faculty, staff, and outside entities.
Daily15%Coordinate the day to day operation of the Testing Center to include test scheduling, test administration, ensuring operation of computer lab by troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems. Develops and implements procedures to ensure compliance of testing policies, state requirement, and maintains and collects data for data reports.
Daily20%Ensure proper administration of all tests offered in the Testing Center.
Daily15%Ensure collaboration with information technology to develop file layouts and data exports required for electronic data compilation and to effectively utilize information systems. Work with faculty to have the information/materials to proctor exams in a timely manner. Work with students who have need of special accommodations, including but not limited to reading tests, scribing tests, or providing a special testing climate.
Daily5%Coordinate with staff regarding concerns about possible scheduling conflicts, test availability, future needs, equipment, supplies, and potential problems with administering tests requested by faculty and staff, and with individuals and businesses requiring proctored services.
Daily5%As appropriate, maintain active membership in all necessary associations needed to proctor post-secondary tests; inventory and order exams on an ongoing basis; return testing materials to the appropriate instructors and/or agencies as required.
Daily5%Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials, test logs, and other test documents. Create a quiet environment for testing and communicating the results of tests to students.
Wkly15%Generate test data for all tests. Plan, prepare, and conduct system level testing. Analyze test results to detect technical or logical errors. Create test data reports, by program, for school site, state, and federal agencies. Check the student's information and code the records for school, state and federal reports.
Daily5%Perform other duties as assigned.
